I had a small issue with my order and reached out to support, and they got back to me quickly. They sorted it out without much hassle, which I really appreciated. If anyone else runs into an order problem, I’d say it’s worth contacting them sooner rather than waiting around

West49 is alright price-wise, but I mostly wait around for a sale because the regular prices feel a little much, especially on hoodies and shoes. Maybe that’s on them for making the sale prices seem like the real prices.

The promo codes are good when they actually work out, but of course the stuff I want is either sold out or somehow not included. And then shipping shows up at checkout and basically ruins half the discount, which is kind of annoying.

Overall, it’s not a bad place to shop, I just don’t always end up getting the deal I thought I was getting. I’d probably buy from them again, but only when there’s a bigger promo going on.

The hoodie feels really well made and has held up fine after a few washes. No complaints there at all. I just wish I’d grabbed it a bit earlier, because the weather warmed up right after it arrived, so I haven’t gotten to wear it as much as I wanted.

I had to return an item, the return part went smoothly. I didn’t run into any major issues getting it sent back. The only thing was the refund took longer than I expected, so I found myself checking for it a few times. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just a little slower than I’d hoped.

My order got here faster than I was expecting and the tracking updated like it should, the box looked good when it arrived and nothing seemed messed up so I’m happy with how it all went.
